Order cannot be cancelled once shipped. You can only cancel the order before the tracking ID is assigned.

At KiayaxAnime we have a customer friendly return policy. You can return the product to us within 12days from delivery. If it’s the gift wrap order you can return the product to us within 30days. For more details check our return policies.

Soon after the product reaches back to us the return will be initiated and will be transferred to account within 2-3 working days.
